1. Grant of Rights

By submitting your content through RevoMusic, you grant RevoMusic a non-exclusive, worldwide license to distribute, deliver, and make available your musical works and associated metadata to digital music services, streaming platforms, and download stores ("Platforms").

2. Ownership & Warranties

You represent and warrant that:

1. You are the rightful owner or authorized representative of the content being submitted.
2. The content does not infringe upon any third-party intellectual property rights, copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.
3. You have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, and clearances for any samples, covers, or third-party content included in your submission.
4. The content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Revenue & Royalties

RevoMusic shall collect all revenue generated from the distribution of your content across Platforms. Revenue shall be shared as follows:

1. Pro Plan: 85% to Artist / 15% to RevoMusic
2. Label Plan: 90% to Label / 10% to RevoMusic
3. Royalties are calculated monthly and paid out quarterly via bank transfer.
4. Minimum payout threshold: ₹100 INR (or equivalent).

4. Term & Termination

This agreement is effective upon submission and remains in force for the duration of your active subscription. Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, RevoMusic will initiate takedown of your content from all Platforms within 5-10 business days.

5. Content Removal

RevoMusic reserves the right to refuse or remove content that violates these terms, infringes on third-party rights, or is deemed inappropriate. You may request removal of your content at any time through your dashboard.

6. Limitation of Liability

RevoMusic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities. Total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the preceding 12 months.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
